What's New at Jubilee Los Lunas
On Saturday, October 27th Jubilee in Los Lunas celebrated the groundbreaking of their highly anticipated Villa Jubilee, a spacious multifunctional clubhouse built exclusively for Jubilee residents. The ceremony kicked off with an opening address by Villa Jubilee project manager Sid Erickson. Residents were then called front and center — shovels in hand — to do the honors of first breaking. Immediately following the ceremony builders and residents gathered at the sales center for a catered reception and live music. Jubilee's builder, Jenamar Communities, LLC, will be consulting residents throughout The Villa's construction process in order to pair residents needs with future facilities. This thoughtful consideration along with the sheer number of amenities, organized day trips and activities offered at The Villa are part of what make Jubilee one of the Nation's hottest retirement destinations.
The Villa will host a variety of classes and seminars, whose topics will again depend largely on resident input. A wide range of subjects will include but will not be limited to: fitness and health, arts and crafts, insurance, and financial planning. Although construction of the Villa has just been commenced, planned day trips and outings have been underway for months. Residents have already formed social groups and have participated in activities such as the recent KABG Monster Bash Halloween party, monthly wine and cheese socials, barbecues, day trips to local football games and more.
Villa Jubilee is only one of many attractions for active adult homebuyers. "It's just so peaceful here. Our home truly is our sanctuary and we've already made several dear friends. And now - the Rail Runner commuter train into Albuquerque makes the commute so easy," notes current resident, Vicki Parks. Rob Parks comments, "Being able to walk outside at night, look up at the sky and see a blanket of stars… it's simply amazing."
