Jenamar Communities Unveils Plans for
Jubilee Los Lunas

Builder Plans First Large-Scale Active Adult Community in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Jenamar Communities, LLC, an award-winning developer of active adult communities in Nevada and Washington, recently announced plans to build Jubilee Los Lunas, a community of 1,800 homes designed for active adults. This will be the largest active adult community in New Mexico.

The final design for Jubilee Los Lunas is currently under development, and construction is expected to commence early in 2006. Sales are scheduled to begin in late spring 2007. "This is an exciting venture for us," said Mark Kaplan, President of Jenamar Communities. "We plan to make this the preeminent offering for active adults in a region that is a perfect fit for this growing population."

Jubilee Los Lunas will be located on 375 acres of prime land within the Huning Ranch master-planned development. Developers say that its location at New Mexico Highway 6 and I-25 in the Village of Los Lunas will be convenient and accessible.

"This is an ideal location for such a diverse community," Kaplan said. "Los Lunas has a high quality, small town atmosphere, convenient location, and proximity to the airport and services." Geared to those 55 years of age and older, Jubilee Los Lunas will have a wide variety of single-family, single-story homes built to satisfy the particular needs of active adults.

The community will feature a showcase of model homes with diverse architectural styles, numerous standard options, and an assortment of upgrades. "Jenamar Communities has made a name for itself by building custom quality pre-designed housing at prices that truly deliver value," Kaplan said. "We allow purchasers to design the home of their dreams through our attractive array of upgrade options."

The centerpiece of the community, which will be the hub for social and recreational activities, is the Tuscan-style Villa Jubilee. Residents of Jubilee will enjoy the special facilities at the Villa, including a resort-style swimming pool, tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, multi-purpose ballroom, arts and crafts center, game rooms, community living room, and a diverse calendar of activities. "Jubilee Los Lunas will be a place for residents to explore their passions and make new friends," Kaplan said.

In addition, residents of Jubilee Los Lunas will enjoy miles of rustic mountain walking trails and open space that wind through El Cerro de Los Lunas, the mountain which serves as the community's striking backdrop.
